Mary and Joseph, patron saints of the Salvatorians, had a strong faith in God despite their difficulties. Christmas Day, the Society's patronal feast day, reminds us that Jesus, the Son of God, came to earth for all people!
As Salvatorians, we have a strong trust in Divine Providence. And, we proclaim Jesus Christ to all people by all ways and means that Christ's love inspires, especially through the witness of our lives. In fulfilling this through ministry, we always respect human dignity, and we are ready to serve all people without distinction.
A highlight of 2021 was the long-awaited beatification of our founder, Blessed Francis Jordan, on the 15th of May. We carry on Jordan's mission with our commitments to advocacy for justice and peace, chaplaincies, education, and formation of new members and priests and brother for the future.
As we enter the Christmas season, we'd like to express gratitude for the generous gifts we receive this time of year. Your support throughout the year makes our work possible. During the holidays, we are especially aware of your generosity. May the blessings of the Christ Child fill your hearts with his love all year long.
Hope, Healing & Faith
We exist to serve you and your loved ones – to provide hope, healing, faith and to share the grace and love of God. We work to be there for all people we encounter through our ministries, whether they face an urgent spiritual crisis, need reassurance that God had not abandoned them, or seek to improve their relationship with Him. Please accept our gratitude for your constant prayers and support and know that your gift is extremely important to our small order of priests and brothers. It provides us with the resources we need to help those to whom we minister during these interesting – and tough – times.
Prayer for the Season
Dear Lord, as we gather together in the season of Advent and the birth of our Savior, may we be reminded of the many graces, blessings and friends which God has placed in our lives. We pray through the intercession of Blessed Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan, that our world may find peace and healing in the year ahead.
